Collection Activity of “Charm of Jiangsu” Tourism Route

To promote the image of Jiangsu as an international tourism destination, to display “Charm of Jiangsu” in an all-round and multi-angle way, and to make Jiangsu a popular travel option for overseas tourists,“Charm of Jiangsu” Global Communication Center is now collecting “Charm of Jiangsu” Tourism Routes from all over the world.

  1. Content

Designers need to focus on the natural elements of Jiangsu’s “rivers, lakes, seas, and springs,”explore the beauty of Jiangsu, and design their own tourism  routes. The theme route should include necessary information such as the route  theme, the recommended cities and attractions in the province, and should also  provide helpful and useful suggestions such as entry season, visit time, cost, transportation, accommodation and catering.

  1. Requirements

The submitted“Charm of Jiangsu”Tourism Routes should focus on the overview, theme, culture and tourism integration, creativity, display and other elements, and be designed in a graphic and textual way.

  1. Unique and targeted. The route design should meet the trend of our times, highlight the characteristics of “Charm of Jiangsu”, and show the unique charm  of the province’s “rivers, lakes, seas, and springs”; the route is feasible and accessible to tourists. The routes should target the needs and consumption habits of overseas tourists.
  2. Full information. In addition to the recommended cities and attractions, entry and exit information, and domestic transportation and accommodation, the route design also needs to provide suggestions such as entry season, visit time, cost, food, and souvenir recommendations.

3.Experience-oriented. The route design should include telling your story of experiencing the local customs and lifestyles of Jiangsu.

  1. Internationalization. Information on the world natural, cultural and  agricultural heritage and international tourism products that highlight the city’s  own characteristics can be included in design.
  2. Innovation. To expand the participation in the event, the submission is based on the Chinese version, but other languages are not limited. The PowerPoint version of the file should have a clear image (a single picture is not less than 1MB), a cover, a table of contents, and page numbers.

  4. Each designer can submit up to 2 routes.
  5. The language of the submitted content is not limited (for non-Chinese  submissions, please try to provide the Chinese version for reference). Short videos, H5 or other innovative forms are encouraged to express the content of route products.

Video size: no more than 1024MB

  1. Units or individuals can submit their works by email. The submitted works should be accompanied by an application form, fill in the relevant information of the contributor (designer/design unit, contact person and phone number), and a design description within 500 words, explaining the route theme, design concept, creative highlights, etc.
  2. The author’s name, nickname or logo shall not be displayed in the text and images of the submitted works. No watermarks, borders, or inscriptions. Those works that do not meet the requirements will be disqualified from participating.

  1. Awards setting

There will be 1 first prize, 3 second prizes, and 6 third prizes. The circuit products that have won the first, second and third prizes will be given design subsidies of ¥5,000, ¥2,000, ¥1,000 respectively and award certificates. (The amount of the design subsidy fee is the tax-included)

  2. The contributor must be the author of the submitted work and has independent and complete copyrights to the work. Contributors must ensure that the submitted works they select do not infringe the legitimate rights and interests of third parties, including copyright, portrait rights, reputation rights, privacy rights, trademark rights, and trade name rights. Anyone who violates the above requirements will be disqualified, and the contributor who violates these regulations will bear the corresponding legal responsibility.
  3. About the copyright and authorship rights. Contributors must agree that the right to use the selected works belongs to the organizer (including publishing albums, making videos, holding exhibitions, publishing books, online exhibitions, media publishing, etc.), and no additional fees will be paid. The copyright and authorship rights are reserved by the author. The organizer may quote the author’s name and other necessary information when necessary, and has the right to make necessary modifications and edits to the submitted works. Contributors should take full responsibilities if their award-winning works are  involved in the disputes of copyright, portrait rights or reputation rights.
  4. The designer needs to carefully fill in the design description of the works in the registration form. Design descriptions include design ideas, creative descriptions, product features, product positioning and other basic information. Refined text and clear points are required.
  5. All contributors will be deemed to have recognized the provisions of this activity charter, and the organizer has the final right to interpret this activity.
