Dragon Shrine in Changshu

At the foot of Yu Mountain, there is the Dragon Shrine Scenic Area, which is known as  "Little Jiuzhaigou in Changshu". This scenic area has unique natural features. Inside the shrine, there is an ancient ginkgo tree from the Song Dynasty. The tree has a peculiar shade and gets the name "Dragon Tree". The Dragon Mother’s Tomb sits in front of the tree. The northwest of the shrine is the Ruishi Stream, which is more than a hundred meters long, and there is an auspicious stone at the top of the stream, which is also known as the "Falling Stone Stream". Beside the stone there are overflowing springs like a waterfall, and it’s called the "Water Curtain Cave". And the pool there is named “Zhou Spring”. The pool at Dragon Shrine has crystal clear water. It is stunningly beautiful like a Shangri-la hidden in Changshu, a place with the most astonishing landscape.
