Fengzhen Town Pork Noodle is the specialty of Fengzhen Town in Jiangsu Province, this noodle is reputed as the “most fine and tasty noodle with the most difficult cooking process,” which only can be supplied in Summer and Fall, and is particular about the seasonal dishes.
