Suzhou’s Pingjiang Road is characterized by its local gourmet. The old street here preserves the ancient architecture, and the food and restaurants of the old street are closely associated with the ancient food culture of Suzhou. The Jiangsu flavor duck slice and fish head in the restaurant are smooth and tender, and people are always drawn to the extremely delicious flavor. There is a restaurant selling chicken on the central axis, here one can enjoy the delicious chicken feet and duck tongue. The scent spreads all over the old street. There are also fried food shops. If you take a bite, the fried juice will flow out and the meat taste is very good.

Third, some restaurants are mainly engaged in Suzhou cuisine, and the old taste is more authentic, the cuisines contain Sweet and Sour Mandarin Fish, Bean Curd with Crab Roe, Sweet and Sour Spare Ribs, Sweet and Sour Fish, Preserved Egg & Pork Porridge are all specialties.
