Now, the special culture and tourism theme event of 2019 “Exciting Tour·Summer in Yangzhou” has started!
Zhuzi Qing, a famous writer, once said in the article Summer In Yangzhou that one person sits in the boat and one stands on the stern holding a bamboo pole，which was a Tang poem or a landscape painting. The unique summer scenery is interesting in his text. Now, the special culture and tourism theme event of 2019 “Exciting Tour·Summer in Yangzhou” has started!
The event will last from mid-June to the end of August this year. These summer’s events will focus on the theme of “Study, Food, Music, and Joy”, including 10 festival activities, 20 culture and science summer camps and 10 travel routes.
The 4th International Light Art Festival in 2019
It will be held at Marco Polo Flowers Ocean Theme Park from July to August. The modern technology light group can make the light interact with the music, which perfectly combines vision with experience.
The 4th 818 International Rubik’s Cube Cultural Festival
It will be held in Hanjiang District on August 18th. More than 1,000 players from more than 10 countries will participate in this festival.
“Summer In Yangzhou” Music Festival
It will be held in Yangzhou Concert Hall from June to August, including special Italian, British and Japanese thematic concerts.
Cultural and Tourism Month of “River Intersection, Poetry Guazhou”
A series of events of Starry camping, rural sunflower garden tourism festival, Zhang Ruoxu poem festival and other activities will be held from July to August in Guazhou, Hanjiang District.
Besides, various culture and science summer camps provide teenagers and children with an opportunity of learning Yangzhou’s history and enjoying the summer scenery. 10 different research routes will guide visitors to experience the all-around summer of Yangzhou.
